Responsible use
Use Zrelay for lawful development and operation of applications through supported API formats. You are responsible for your application, the content you submit, the rights and permissions needed to process it and the way you use generated outputs. Review outputs before relying on them where errors could cause harm.
Prohibited conduct
- Unlawful exploitation, child sexual abuse material, threats of violence or content and activity otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
- Credential theft, unauthorized access, phishing, malware deployment or attempts to compromise Zrelay, an upstream service or another person’s systems.
- Bypassing authentication, account isolation, spending limits, rate limits or trial restrictions; farming trial keys or exploiting billing errors.
- Deliberate denial of service, disruptive traffic, vulnerability exploitation without authorization or interference with other customers.
- Using stolen payment instruments, fraudulent payments, misrepresenting ownership of an account or selling upstream credentials that Zrelay has not supplied.
- Submitting personal data without a lawful basis or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Using the gateway to circumvent lawful access restrictions or applicable service restrictions. Compatibility with an API format is not permission to evade a provider’s controls.
Security reports and enforcement
Report suspected abuse or a vulnerability to support@zrelay.net. Send enough non-secret information to investigate, without including another customer’s content or credentials. Do not exploit a finding or access data beyond what you are authorized to access.
Zrelay may investigate, limit requests or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues or legal obligations. Where practicable, affected customers can contact support for an explanation and review. Actions and remedies remain subject to the service terms and mandatory law.
