No. Zrelay is an independent third-party platform. Your prepaid balance is a Zrelay platform credit, not an official provider account or provider-issued credit. The access key uses compatible request formats, so your existing tools can connect through api.zrelay.net without rebuilding the integration.

Zrelay buys discounted capacity through agreements with intermediaries. The discount applies to the price of the key, not to a hidden token rate. Credit is deducted for actual usage at each provider's official list rates. We serve the advertised official models without substituting cheaper alternatives. This is not the price available when buying directly from the official providers. This price depends on third-party agreements that may change, so the refund policy below covers purchases for 12 months from purchase while the credit remains usable.

It is the discount on the price of the key, not a separate token price. For example, the Indie tier costs $59 and includes $300 of Zrelay API credit attached to the key. Requests then deduct from that credit at the rates in the public price tables. Each tier has its own discount, from 75% on Starter up to 87% on Scale.

Zrelay keys are not tied to a single upstream route. If one route becomes temporarily unavailable, we can restore access through another available route or re-provision the remaining balance under the replacement policy. Availability still depends on model availability, technical limits, and upstream maintenance.

Credit does not expire. It remains usable for as long as Zrelay operates. The refund policy covers each purchase for 12 months from the purchase date. After that window, the credit remains usable, but no refund applies.

A refund applies if Zrelay permanently discontinues the service or if a continuous service interruption exceeds 14 days. This applies only within the 12-month refund coverage window. Because keys are anonymous, the account code is the only proof of entitlement; include it with the request. Zrelay will refund in BTC the unused proportion of the amount actually paid. If 0% was consumed, 100% of the amount paid is refunded; if 80% was consumed, 20% is refunded. The refund is paid in BTC at the exchange value on the refund date, never as service credit.

Refunds apply only when Zrelay stops providing the service: through permanent discontinuation or a continuous interruption exceeding 14 days. Credit already purchased is not refundable on request, and unused balance cannot be returned while the service is operating.

Requests must be sent via Telegram to @zrelay_net. Zrelay will process the refund within 14 calendar days of the request.

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content, this right does not apply when the consumer expressly consents to immediate performance before purchase and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal. In the BTC checkout modal, after you choose the provider and immediately before “Continue to payment”, select the checkbox requesting immediate delivery and acknowledging the loss of that right.

Paid keys are provider-specific: each key covers every model from its provider. Your account has one shared balance, so create a Claude, GPT, or Grok key from the portal as needed. Trial keys are provider-neutral and reach the healthy models available when issued.
